Content Patch - Things That Go Boom

Huzzah! More content! What's new this time?

• New Skill: Nuke - Wipes out everything on the screen. You even get the points for it!
• New Weapon: Shotgun - Five round burst. Get in close for juicy damage.
• New Weapon: Repeater - Like the default blaster but faster. Pew pew!
• New Sound Effects: No more shall you listen to cheap tones I generated in Audacity! Volume balancing could do with some work though, mind your ears.
